Digitale vaardighede vir werk en inkomste (DS4JI)

Die eWerwing en inklusiewe aanstellingspraktyke vir KMMO's in Suid-Afrika is 'n opleidingsinisiatief wat ontwerp is deur die Digital Skills for Jobs and Income-projek (DS4JI) om KMMO's te bemagtig deur aan hulle die nodige gereedskap te verskaf om 'n diverse, digitaal geskoolde arbeidsmag te identifiseer en te werf.  Die opleiding word in vennootskap met .

 

Die projek se doelwitte is tweeledig: eerstens, om Klein en Medium Ondernemings (KMMO's) in Suid-Afrika toe te rus met die kapasiteit om die mees geskikte kandidate te kies; en tweedens, om 'n kultuur van diversiteit, billikheid en insluiting (DEI) in die aanstellingsproses te kweek.

  • HR personnel at SMMEs often find themselves overwhelmed by the sheer volume of applications and struggle to match the technical, digital, and soft skills required for the advertised positions.
  • Aligned with DS4JI, our team had been entrusted with the vital mission
  • The project's objectives are twofold: firstly, to equip SMMEs in South Africa with the capacity to select the most suitable candidates; and secondly, to cultivate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the hiring process.
