The eRecruitment and inclusive hiring practices for SMMEs in South Africa is a training initiative designed by the Digital Skills for Jobs and Income project (DS4JI) to empower SMMEs by providing them with the necessary tools to identify and recruit a diverse, digitally skilled workforce.
The project's objectives are twofold: firstly, to equip Small and Medium Enterprises (SMMEs) in South Africa with the capacity to select the most suitable candidates; and secondly, to cultivate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the hiring process.
