I-eRecruitment kunye neendlela ezibandakanyayo zokuqesha ii-SMMEs eMzantsi Afrika linyathelo loqeqesho eliyilwe yiprojekthi ye-Digital Skills for Jobs and Income project (DS4JI) ukuxhobisa ii-SMMEs ngokubabonelela ngezixhobo eziyimfuneko zokuchonga nokugaya abasebenzi abahlukeneyo, abanezakhono zedijithali.  Uqeqesho luphunyezwe ngentsebenziswano ne.

 

Iinjongo zale projekthi zimbini: okokuqala, kukuxhobisa amaShishini amaNcinci namaPhakathi (SMMEs) eMzantsi Afrika ngesakhono sokukhetha abona bagqatswa bafanelekileyo; kwaye okwesibini, ukuhlakulela inkcubeko yokwahlukana, ukulingana, kunye nokubandakanywa (DEI) kwinkqubo yokuqesha.

  • HR personnel at SMMEs often find themselves overwhelmed by the sheer volume of applications and struggle to match the technical, digital, and soft skills required for the advertised positions.

  • The project's objectives are twofold: firstly, to equip SMMEs in South Africa with the capacity to select the most suitable candidates; and secondly, to cultivate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the hiring process.
