• To establish the growth potential and strategic direction of the PoMSB in context of the South African system of ports

• The strategic direction and potential of the Western and Eastern Cape ports in particular, form the cornerstone of developing the PoMSB

• Optimising existing assets are key in developing sustainable business propositions and unlocking growth potential

• In this context, the inputs and participation by stakeholders are key to successfully address the current state of port services and the requirements for development.
